As a society why can't we get rid of bullying?

I think we cant get rid of bullying because there so much violence and awful language being passed around and its happening too fast and It can and probabley did influence kids and adults to become violent for no apperant reasons, It's like a never ending cycle. In the video we watched at school I thought that the older brother of the 13 year old probabley made or influenced he younger brother so his 13 year old brother could fit in with his friends. I thought it was a horrible thing that they did and they should confess to what they did to that poor boy and suffer the consequences. I feel bad for the mother and family becuase they are going through a tragic time and could possibly loose there son. I think BULLYING is a very serious issue and It should stop right now.
